Our work is centred around the use of qualitative research techniques, drawing from a wide range of disciplines, and constantly evolving our approaches to accommodate cultural and social change.

We rarely use just one methodology to deliver on our clients’ objectives, building a tailored approach involving online and offline methodologies, ethnography, and semiotics, as appropriate. We involve respondents in pre- and post-tasks to build an extra layer of context and enhance our understanding. We strongly believe in the value of visuals; face-to-face, video, photographs, and collage.
