Our work feeds into new product development, product launches, concept testing, packaging design, brand re-positioning, advertising development, and media, marketing & communications content.

We adopt qualitative research approaches such as depth interviews, group discussions, accompanied shopping trips and consumer observations, online discussion forums, accompanied surfs, and expert communities to gain the relevant consumer understanding we need to do this.
